Job Description

The Admissions Assistant provides support to WCAS students in the admissions and financial aid processes. The individual is the main point of contact for Woods undergraduate and graduate students who have questions about enrollment, including but not limited to program information, the application process, and financial aid opportunities.

In addition, this position supports admissions through monitoring the main admissions email inbox and replying to student inquiries, as well as collecting and uploading application materials to Slate.

Further, this position communicates with applicants, works closely with Student Services, the Admissions Committee, supports the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management, helps with other admissions and enrollment projects and operations, and provides general office support as needed.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $36,500 to $45,600; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor?s degree and at least one year?s experience working in a student-facing position in higher education. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Occasional evening and weekend schedules may be required.
