Job DescriptionTemporary Housing Operations Assistant
In this temporary role, the Housing Operations Assistant will provide support to the Residential Life Facilities group by preparing communications, housing operation reports, and maintaining and updating lists and databases regarding facilities issues. In addition, the Assistant may also assist withthe damage billing process, assessment of residence hall maintenance issues, residence hall inspection processes, office and hall keys and room access codes, and liaise with the Work Order Center and Facilities Services.

Requirements- Administrative experience is required, preferably in a college or university setting.
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills are required, specifically with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Understanding of university information systems, budgets, and billing processes is beneficial.
- Some weekend work and evening hours may be required.
