Job Description

Assist HR staff with I9 and EVerify processing. This includes completing reverifications, updating receipts, uploading paper I9s and running I9 reports. This position serves as a Section 2 I9 completer for the university as needed and completes EVerify cases as needed.

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent level of training and/or experience.
Experience with I9 processing and completions. proficiency using the various software applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook (or similar email application); demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure environment with strict deadlines and to prioritize and plan to ensure that deadlines are met; strong customer service skills and the ability to work and communicate with a diverse clientele; ability to lead and provide direction to others as related to I9 procedures; ability to interact effectively as a HR support team members on the I9 and EVerify process; ability to work with and maintain confidential information; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to audit reports and analyze data to identify inconsistencies and to assist with resolution of issues; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
