Job Summary
Execute required operations to support Experiential Learning in the Gies College of Business. Support the Operations team to implement and manage daily, weekly, monthly tasks mapped in the operations playback to support Action Learning courses. Provide operational support for faculty, staff, teaching assistants, students, and customer support to clients to help facilitate successful project-based learning. Responsible for assisting with implementing program priorities and objectives for the ongoing process of action learning.
Duties & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated work experience in an operations role.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience organizing events
Previous experience with University Contracts system
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5001 - Program Assistant position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the search closing date. Salary is commensurate with experience.The salary range
starts at $40,000.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out Operations Playbook tasks: fulfill all assigned tasks under the Operations Playbook in the months leading up to and after the beginning of each semester. These include managing the client pipeline, working with student workers, creating and managing spreadsheets, and working with internal Gies staff.
- Contract Management: facilitate contracts and NDA's for more than 200 clients per year. Work with each company, professors and their students obtain signatures and execute the contracts in a timely manner.
- Faculty and Student Support: provide first line of support to faculty and students who are using action learning tools, have specific questions about clients or projects, or need other help related to projects. Manage team polling and team formation process. Provide support to onboard and support student Senior Managers. Manage the action learning email account and respond to all requests and emails in a timely manner.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication to internal and external audiences.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
