Development Associate provides development and fundraising support to the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival Director of Development and assists with: donor communications, processing donations, generating reports and mail lists, special events, grant proposals & research, gala décor committee, social media management, and other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Previous experience in fundraising
• Special Event planning and decorating experience
• Strong writing, communication and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Supportive of an equitable, diverse, inclusive, and accessible working environment
• Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
