Part-time Program Support - Culpeper County
Job Description
The Culpeper County VCE Office is seeking a part-time wage (20 hours/week with no benefits) Office/Program Support team member. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide office support for Extension education efforts in the VCE-Culpeper County Unit. Duties will include clerical work (data base management, creating documents, working with excel spreadsheets, manage educational event registrations, copying filing, etc.). Additional duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling meetings/meeting spaces, maintaining orderly office supplies, distributing mail, and other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated administrative experience.
- Must communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Superior customer service attitude and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of efficiency.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
- Direct experience in customer service environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Extension programs and previous experience with Extension.
