Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum one year experience with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Minimum one year experience in business and database analysis, query development, reporting, and development of analytical reports.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Slate Technolutions CRM system or direct experience implementing and maintaining CRM environment.
• Direct experience with higher education ERP system (Banner).
• Experience in end user training.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert knowledge of MS Access.

All QualificationsUnless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.Additional QualificationsPosition PurposeThe CRM Specialist's role is to promote the use of CRM technology within Undergraduate Admissions, under the division of Enrollment Management, to engage and support student recruitment and yield. This position assists in the pursuit and implementation of new processes and technologies to provide the environment required for departmental efficiency. The position serves to provide for technical execution of undergraduate recruitment and admissions electronic communication campaigns both outside and within the CRM. This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality and integrity.
