Position Summary

The Admissions Ambassador’s role is an auxiliary support to the Admissions Counselor position. Specifically, this position engages at the top of the funnel through consistent and intentional calls, emails, and when necessary, follow-up touchpoints to qualify prospects, set up appointments for counselors, and prevent communication gaps between prospects and the admissions office. This is a fully remote position. The incumbent is expected to work from 3 pm - 8 pm on Monday through Thursday and 10 am - 2 pm on Saturdays. To be considered for this position, you must currently reside in the United States.

Under the direction of the Office of Graduate Admissions, participation will be required in the following areas:

  • Attend Admissions Ambassador training
  • Attend staff meetings as needed
  • Conduct initial interest phone calls and manage follow up on pool of potential applicants
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly summative updates to determine impact on enrollment efforts and yield rates
  • Be knowledgeable in MUIH programs, as well as University activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Qualifications


  • HS Diploma
  • Always professional in conduct, actions, and attire
