We desire candidates who demonstrate excellent research skills, have a strong record of or potential for sustained publication in peer-reviewed journals (commensurate with experience), have the potential for or prior experience with seeking and/or securing external grant funding, have experience working with diverse student populations, and have the ability to teach in areas that complement or strengthen our undergraduate and graduate programs.
