Position Details:
Indiana State is looking for an effective leader who embraces change, leverages data, and can strategically manage all aspects of leading and supporting new initiatives and complex projects to achieve measured outcomes.

The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager will play an active role in the planning, coordination, and assessment of strategic initiatives for the University, and will work closely with Enrollment Management and campus partners in developing and executing these initiatives. This role must be able to build and foster internal and external partnerships that lead to new collaborations and support existing and new initiatives to aid and accomplish the University's goals and strategic plans.

The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager serves as an integral part of the Enrollment Management leadership team. This position requires strong collaboration and coordination with divisions and departments across the university.

The successful applicant will have project management skills and be able to develop and implement goals and timelines for the execution of initiatives, while motivating campus partners, internal and external, to achieve desired outcomes.

Required Field of Study:
Business Administration or other Business related field.
