Position Highlights

Provide all administrative support for the water infrastructure project PI. Coordinate contracts for the annual conference each year for three years, schedule meetings and provide administrative support for the advisory boards, the PI, and admin support needed to implement the program.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Administration

  • Performs a variety of administrative duties including document preparation,
    travel arrangements, website updates, record keeping, supply inventory, and
    data entry.
  • Composes and edits complex internal and external correspondence and
    documents
  • Prioritizes workload, meetings, and appointments to meet work unit
    operations. Provides administrative
    support for the water infrastructure efficiency project

2. Program
Support

  • Scheduling, meeting and event coordination speaking engagements, and events
    with stakeholders and constituents for the water infrastructure efficiency
    project
  • Prepare packets for stakeholder meetings
  • Schedule
    meetings for the water efficiency infrastructure advisory board
  • Order necessary supplies needed to support the program

3. Financial

  • Prepare travel reimbursements for PI
  • Prepare payment requests for expenses associated with advisory board meetings and program participant training

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
