ASSISTANT /ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

Brief Description of Duties:

The Office of Admissions seeks candidates for an Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions. This full-time position to reports to Director ofAdmissions, and will focus on the operational management of the Office of Admissions, and is a member of the College's admissions professional staff.

Responsibilities include supervision of office support staff, oversight of Student Ambassador Program, campus visitation experience and Admissions recruitment events, coordination of fall and spring travel recruitment schedules, and assist with application review and prospective student appointments for assigned territory. Evening, weekend and travel commitments are a requirement of the position.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree; valid driver's license, and demonstrated computer literacy are required.
  • Must have experience with an SIS and CRM (Elucian Banner, Slate preferred), Signal Vine, and/or or other higher education software; demonstrated experience in recruitment and a supervisory role.
  • The ability to interact well with diverse populations, a customer service attitude, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are all preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team of admissions professionals and student workers.
