Lead, manage, assess, and provide vision for all student leadership development efforts on campus through the management of the Linda Eldred Student Leadership Center, in addition to Campus Life through student activities & programming, trainings, courses, programs, information sharing, marketing, assessment reporting by specific areas, and general student leadership assessments for the university. Provide strong and visionary leadership for student co-curricular initiatives. Manage a variety of services to the campus community including student organizations, traditional events such as Miss ISU, liaison to campus ministries, Union Board, publicity and promotion development, talent acquisition, and financial management. Manage workshops, trainings, and/or retreats for students, department staff, faculty partners, community members, and/or administrative partners, including the development of materials that may be needed. Develop, implement, and assess student activities that engage students in their co-curricular experience. Lead the collaborative efforts between all Division of Student Affairs departments and other divisions in regards to student leadership and student activities and programming. Initiate regular outreach with students and community partners. Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the department. Serve as a resource to campus areas including all academic units and Student Affairs departments in regards to student leadership. Collaborate with ISU Foundation in regards to the Linda Eldred Student Leadership Center. Performs other duties as assigned.

The Linda Eldred Student Leadership Center and Campus Life Director leads student leadership development efforts for the campus by creating a sense of belonging for all students through co-curricular activities and enhancing student social wellness and social development through collaboration with student affairs, academic affairs and other campus partners.
Required Field of Study:
Master's degree in higher education administration, student personnel, leadership development, organizational management, or a related area.
