Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Assistant Director for High School Dual Enrollment works in collaboration with the Executive Director for High School Dual Enrollment, local school districts and high schools, and students in the continuous planning and implementation of the Dual Enrollment program. This individual will plan and identify in consultation with others, dual credit courses, locations, and deliveries, working closely with high schools to respond to their needs. This position will monitor and ensure compliance with guidelines and standards established by the state.

Required Qualifications:
Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Two years of related professional experience

  • Experience building collaborative partnerships with a broad range of organizations (tech colleges, K-12, community)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with computer-related applications used in enrollment services. Ability and willingness to become a skilled user of Ellucian Banner (INB and Self-Service), CatTracks, Argos and other technological tools used by the division and the University. Demonstrated ability to provide quality training to others using these technologies.

The annual salary for this position starts at $46,000 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package.
