Location
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Senior administrator over clinical case management services across campuses (Kennesaw, Marietta, virtual) Develops and implements a strategic vision for the center's case management services, supervises case management staff and trainees, and provides direct clinical services for students. Participants on leadership team and assists in gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
1. Develops and implements a strategic vision for the center's case management services, with guidance/ supervision by Leadership, in support of the overall counseling center mission and goals, including: Identify and clarify goals of case management services, develop, update, and maintain case management policy and procedure manual

2. Collaborates with Leadership Team on role of case management in the center's overall service delivery and administrative organization of case file management system

3. Provides leadership and communication to the counseling center staff regarding the range of case management services and on and off-campus resources

4. Presents annual report of case management services, discussing utilization, effectiveness, and value of services

5. Coordinates Master of Social Work and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Training Program in partnership with Associate Director of Training. Supervises Clinical Case Management Staff and Trainees, including direct supervision, delegation of tasks, and performance review

6. Provides oversight of on- and off-campus referrals and systems of care: management of off-campus referral network and online referral database, facilitation and coordination of multidepartmental treatment teams and campus-based systems of care for special populations

7. Supports the involuntary hospitalization process and development of holistic intervention plans for students returning to campus post-psychiatric hospitalization

8. Facilitation of off-campus referrals and building partnerships with on-campus departments and off-campus providers to support coordination of care

9. Collaborates with Psychiatry to facilitate medication audits, coordinate appropriate medication disposal, and assist students in obtaining patient assistance

10. Provides outreach and consultation to campus community

11. Provides direct clinical services to KSU students, including treatment planning, coordination of care, and crisis intervention/on-call coverage

12. Processes incoming and outgoing medical records requests

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in clinical/counseling psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy

Other Required Qualifications
Independent licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist), or the ability to become independently licensed in the state of Georgia within 12 months of hire
Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia drivers' license

Required Experience
Five (5) years of related experience providing case management and direct clinical services in outpatient mental health setting. May include internship(s)

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge and experience with mental health issues in higher education
Familiarity with short-term models of treatment
Knowledge and experience with Program Development and Implementation
Successful collaboration with treatment team and external constituents
Experience providing administrative and clinical supervision
Experience with electronic health record. Specialized skills include a focus on coordinating and providing direct client services, ability to engage in data-informed decision-making, knowledge of current trends in collegiate mental health services, ability to develop, implement, and evaluate models of client services
Knowledge and experience with computer-based productivity systems (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of professional, national, and state ethical guidelines

SKILLS
Individual, group, and couples counseling and psychotherapeutic skills with college student population presenting with concerns across the continuum of mental health
Successful collaboration with treatment team and external constituents
Skills in management of personnel and other office resources
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
