Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time faculty positions in the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education for the academic year 2022-2023. These positions are on an as needed basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with experience.
- Student teaching/clinical supervision
- Teaching and working with a culturally and an ethnically diverse community
- Engaging in professional development opportunities, meetings, and seminars
- An earned Master's or Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Elementary Education, Educational Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least three years of experience as a P-5 classroom teacher.
- Experience supervising teacher education candidates
- Experience as a teacher leader, assistant principal, or principal
- Experience teaching and working with a culturally and an ethnically diverse community
