GENERAL SUMMARY:
PRINCIPAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for driving paid registrations to Executive Education open enrollment programs by following up and communicating learning solutions to in-bound B2B leads/companies/and sponsors. Identify sales outreach opportunities to convert inquiries to open and group registrations, and increase company retention.
PRINCIPAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely within a cross-functional marketing and sales team to increase program enrollments.
- Works with sales team to ensure all new leads are being contacted with effective and clear communication regarding program of interest within ~ 24-48 hours either via phone and/or email.
- Focuses on qualifying leads and prioritizing leads for outreach strategies to increase enrollment for comprehensive management programs, as well over 50 open enrollment programs.
- Identifies new opportunities, both domestically and internationally, for enrollment growth and work closely with both Marketing, Sales, and Business Development team members, for comprehensive strategy development.
- Usees Salesforce to analyze lead behavior and reviews lead scoring to create sales strategies that are timely and relevant to nurture leads.
- Communicates program benefits in an efficient manner so as to sell effectively.
- Stays knowledgeable of all course content, faculty, pricing, and competitor programs.
- Aids customers in the registration process, as needed.
- Enters information requests and customer details discovered from the sales process into Salesforce.
- Ensures that sales correspondence is appropriately sent to clients in a clearly communicated and timely manner.
- Assists with client proposals for open enrollment and custom opportunities.
- Works independently across a defined portfolio of products / services / accounts.
- The job leverages understanding of emerging market trends and interdependencies to evaluate the potential impact customers and expand relationships with its customers.
- Performs other related work as needed.
- At least five years of experience in sales or customer experience.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and / or other CRM technology.
- Superb communication skills and strong customer-orientation with demonstrated success.
- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of how to prioritize workflow.

- Exceptional ability to deal with stressful/demanding work situations without disruption of efficiency.

- This position is currently expected to work a minimum three days per week in the office.
