The Department of French and Italian is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Adjunct Instructor in French.

The expectation of this position is teaching one to two courses at the undergraduate level. The position may offer limited benefits based of FTE. This position is expected to last one semester. This position is not tenure track.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The candidate must be able and qualified to teach undergraduate level French language courses.
  • Hold office hours.
  • Attend meetings and events as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a Master's Degree in French or related field.
  • Native or near-native fluency in French and English.
  • Experience in teaching French basic and upper-level language courses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in teaching at college-level.
