- Ability to teach and communicate playing baseball to student-athletes.
- Help to organize and run practices, along with coaching in JV games.
- Assist in all aspects of the student-athlete experience.
- Must be able to throw an effective BP
- Hitting infield/outfield
- Have a valid driver's license
