General Summary: The Assistant Director for Engagement & Programs serves as the primary advisor to the Programming Board and plans and executes all aspects of Black Cat Week (like Homecoming) in the fall and AgnesPalooza (spring festival) in the spring. This person works collaboratively to provide non-academic activities that complement the student's academic and personal goals within the guidelines of federal, state, and local laws and college and office/division policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning and participating in student activities, and collecting data on student's needs and interests. The Assistant Director also provides administrative support and supports the daily operations for the Center for Leadership, Engagement, and Service (CLES), works with students and their families, faculty and staff, student workers, and vendors, plans and executes the Sophomore Ring Ceremony and Reception, and supports other student event planning.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or related field. This person must have the experience and the ability to work with a diverse student body.
