Job Description

The position of Assistant Director for
the C21 Center is an opportunity to share responsibility and personally engage
in the mission of the Center to be a catalyst and resource for the renewal of the
Catholic Church. As a key
member of the Church in the 21st Century Center team, the Assistant
Director contributes to the development of and executes the overall marketing and
promotions strategy for the Center and its resources.

The Assistant Director's
responsibilities include the design/branding of the Center's communication
materials and collateral, both print and online. The Assistant Director is also
responsible for executing the Center's programming and events as well as for office
and budget administration. These responsibilities require fast-paced and yet sound
decision-making.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $53,950 to $67,450; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements

The
Assistant Director should have one to three years' experience in marketing,
public relations or communications and demonstrated graphic design/production,
copy editing, website design/maintenance, social media and event management
skills.

A preference will be given to candidates with a theological/pastoral
background and a vision to break new ground and enhance the Center's outreach
and service to the life of the Church.
