Buena Vista University seeks a collaborative, strategic, and proactive leader to serve as the Human Resources Director. This position will develop, implement, and evaluate policies and administrative operations to ensure the effective and efficient operation of all human resources aspects of the University. This includes talent acquisition and development, HRIS, compensation, benefits, employee relations, professional and leadership development, performance management, and policy development and compliance.

A Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or a similar field is required and a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of human resources management experience is required and a human resources certification or the willingness to obtain (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP).
