Required Relevant Education & Experience:
Conferred Master degree (in any discipline) and 3-5 years of Relevant Experience

Candidate experience should include: interaction with diverse populations (LGBTQ+, International, Hispanic, Latino, LatinX, women, SES, religion, heritage, age, ability, etc.), event planning and logistics, creation and deployment of assessment, student development, workshop/presentation experience, detailed oriented, familiarity with working a within university settings is preferred.

Job Summary:
The Associate Director assists the Director in long-term planning, strategic alignment, and management oversight of the Multicultural Services and Programs (MSP). The Associate Director is responsible for the development and provision of programs and services which foster success, satisfaction and enhancement of the university experience. An essential part of the Division of Student Affairs, the Associate Director serves on the Extended Cabinet and has the opportunity for involvement in University and Division committees and initiatives.
