Required Relevant Education & Experience:
Master's Degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field. Progressively responsible, professional employment in a higher education setting. Professional experience in multicultural affairs, social justice training, diversity and inclusion, college student activities, student organizations, and/or leadership.

The Director will supervise the development, advising, implementation and evaluation of a variety of cross-cultural and educational programs that promote and assist with the retention and graduation of under-represented students at Indiana State University. Programs will be designed to ensure the developmental and academic success of Indiana State University student population, as well as programs and services that educate the campus and community.
The Director will provide direct oversight for the Office of Multicultural Services and Programs and the LGBT Resource Center. The Director will work collaboratively with the African American Cultural Center and the newly created Women's Resource Center to promote academic excellence, student advocacy, and leadership through advising, intercultural education, and critical thinking.
