Job Title: Admissions Representative – Schnecksville Campus

Work Schedule: Full-Time. Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings when needed.

Salary Range: $37,439 - $49,140

FLSA Status: Exempt


This position is an integral part of the Admissions team and will participate in a highly customer-service oriented environment. It will maximize the utilization of the Salesforce/TargetX recruitment platform; implement the recruitment territories assigned and fulfill the Admissions Department mission and goals. It will focus on managing the college’s recruitment events including open house, information sessions and other events. Works closely with other personnel at other sites. Reports directly to the Director of Admissions & Placement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review, revise and implement recruitment territories with supervisor on an annual basis.
  • Develop and maintain an annual month-to-month events and recruitment schedules and post schedule in the TargetX/Salesforce.
  • Coordinate and conduct on-campus tours for potential prospective and applicants including individuals, families, high schools, and community groups.
  • Organize and lead Admissions events, e.g. open house, information sessions, others
  • Create and develop new student records (inquiries) based on recruitment visits and follow up with leads and prospective students on a regular basis.
  • Recruit students from assigned high schools and territory which includes personal visits to each high school, appointments with high school students and presentations to students and parents.
  • Conduct admission interviews for interested students and parents and provides information on the application process, transcript, placement testing, financial aid, student orientation and registration.
  • Ensure that prospective students are scheduled for placement testing and advising appointments and have completed their FAFSA.
  • Answer and log incoming calls and emails about testing, new student orientation, registration, programs, and other related areas. Log incoming calls and emails in TargetX/Salesforce student records to develop a history of communications.
  • Develop relationship with school counselors and other appropriate staff at assigned recruitment territory.
  • Work with the Dean of Workforce Training and Non-Credit to assist with promoting and recruitment for those programs.
  • Utilize the TargetX/Salesforce’s dashboard and reporting modules to evaluate yield or conversion rates from inquiry, applicant to enrollment stage.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the admissions process. The goal is to ensure prospective student and leads apply to LCCC and applicants have completed the new student onboarding requirements (transcript, testing, orientation, and financial aid) and are enrolled.
  • Work some evening and weekend hours throughout the year.

Other Duties

  • Develops a relationship with the community by giving presentations/orientation about LCCC to community services agencies as requested.
  • Participates in different recruitment events as needed.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.




  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.


  • Act 153 Clearances (Act 34 PA Criminal Background, Act 151 PA Child Abuse History, Act 114 FBI Clearance Fingerprinting)
