Major Gifts Officer
Randolph College has an opening for a full-time Major Gifts Officer (MGO) in the Department of Development. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a program of individual major donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for gifts of $10,000 and more. The MGO will proactively and strategically manage a major gift portfolio of approximately 150 prospects and should make approximately 150 visits annually. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in higher education fundraising or another non-profit environment, be a self-starter with experience in soliciting prospects, along with a proven track record in closing major gifts. Bachelor’s degree is required.
