Job Description

Provides administrative support to the Assistant Director of Culinary Nutrition & Risk Management and serves as the primary point of contact to the Dining Services Administrative Office. Supports Dining Services Leadership and operations through utilization of various software programs and media channels.

Required Qualifications

Experience in Accounting, Business Management, or Office Administration. Previous office administration experience with demonstrated experience entering large volumes of electronic data with efficiency and accuracy. Previous experience with database and spreadsheet management. Previous experience generating, interpreting and reconciling complex spreadsheet reports. Demonstrated knowledge of food service operations and paperwork with emphasis on efficiency and organization. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs. Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to use them with a diverse group of people in a friendly and courteous manner. Previous customer service experience. Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with little supervision, prioritize work, and communicate progress on projects to the team.

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Office Administration. Previous experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable, auditing, and electronic invoices. Previous receptionist experience. Previous experience with FoodPro. Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
