Visiting Assistant Professor - Environmental Sciences
The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Boston College seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor for the 2022-23 academic year. The teaching responsibilities include 14-15 credits of courses in some combination of the following areas, depending on the candidates' expertise: climate change, water resources, natural hazards, and introductory geology.
Candidates should have a PhD in Earth and Environmental Sciences, Geology, Geophysics, Oceanography, Hydrology or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education by the time of appointment. Experience teaching at the undergraduate level is an advantage.
