The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Spelman College invites applicants for a one-semester, part-time lecturer for the fall of 2022. We are seeking a candidate who has the ability and willingness to teach the course On the Origins of Postmodernism. The successful candidate should be willing to work closely with students at a Liberal Arts college with a commitment to teaching and engagement of students.
A minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited institution in philosophy at the time of application is required.
ABD or Ph.D. in philosophy; previous experience of teaching courses in philosophy.
