Vice President of Human Resources:
Walla Walla Community College is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who will provide strategic human resource leadership consistent with WWCC's goals, strategic plan and accreditation standards. The Vice President is responsible for the development and guidance of formal and articulated human resource strategies and programs for all employment and personnel operations of the college including recruitment, employment and orientation; compensation administration; contract and labor relations; employee relations; compliance and compliance related training; affirmative action/equal employment opportunity, diversity initiatives, discrimination and harassment complaints; and disciplinary actions. This position reports directly to the President and is a member of the President's executive leadership team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, management, business administration, public administration, or related fields. Seven or more years of progressively responsible human resources management experience within a government or corporate environment. Professional experience may substitute for education requirement at the discretion of the College. Annual salary range: $126,000 - $131,000.
