Position Highlights
Working for the AZ Heroes project, this position will fully support the Clinical Research Coordinator III with the operations of the participant incentive program in a research study setting. This position will help with the tracking of reports on a timely basis, and with the consolidation of receipts and payments for over 500 monthly payments.This position is temporary with the possibility of extending contingent on funding.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports the operations of the participant incentive program in a research study setting and help with sending out payments.
- Tracks incentive program receipts and financial consolidation.
Tracks & reports study-related expenses. - Maintains and reconciles Operational advance.
Uses Excel program for tracking.
Offer administrative support to the study team, as needed.
Perform Database entry.
Assists in Other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
*Microsoft Excel knowledge.
