Position Highlights

The James C. Wyant College of Optical Sciences at The University of Arizona, is seeking a research professor with a strong passion for research in optical engineering and optical imaging. The research focus will be to develop advanced optical techniques for metrology and biomedical imaging. The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team in design, fabrication and testing of advanced optical systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead research in optical metrology and optical imaging.
  • Prepare research proposals.
  • Supervise graduate students.

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in optical engineering..
  • Five years or more experience in optical metrology and imaging.
