EXPECTATIONS AND NATURE OF THE POSITION

The Coordinator of Recruitment and Admissions will oversee and actively participate in the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes at Western Wyoming Community College. The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to grow the Western Wyoming Community College community through outreach, direct recruitment, marketing, and retention. This person will provide admissions counseling to prospects/applicants of all ages and backgrounds. Extensive travel will be required. This person will have well-developed communication and writing skills and strong presentation skills. This person will work with CRM and SIS systems and be knowledgeable of the functionalities, trainings, recruitment tactics, opportunities, and automation of those systems. This individual must be able to work in both a collaborative team environment, as well as independently on jobs and assignments. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Abilities, Education and Experience):
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. 

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Abilities, Education and Experience):
A Master’s degree in a related field. Previous work experience in a community college Admissions Office. Experience with marketing in the public or private sector
