Position Highlights

Facilities Management at the University of Arizona is looking for an Administrative Support Assistant II to join our Lock Shop team. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills along with a great customer service background who can multi-task and handle a high volume of customer service requests in a friendly and professional way.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review, facilitate, coordinate and document audit required 'Annual Report of
    Current Key Holders' for all key issuing University departments.
  • Research, coordinate and audit complex customer requests.
  • Provide personal assistance to the University community and outside vendors.
  • Coordinate
    with all key issuing departments to
    ensure audit compliance of signature forms.
  • Review and
    process departmental key requests, using Adobe Sign.
  • Compile and email, audit required, monthly key transaction report to each respective key issuing department, detailing all keys issued, returned or reported as lost, during the respective month.
  • Process any found keys from UAPD or customers.
  • House any newly created building keys and customer returned keys.
  • Periodically, run report to show keys that have been inactivated by the Locksmiths.
  • Maintain daily log for outside vendors.
  • Maintain Master key ring sets.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous key control/inventory experience
  • Computer skills at the intermediate level including word processing, Excel and Access.
  • Outstanding customer services skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • FLSA: Non-Exempt
