A high degree of professionalism, organization, discretion, initiative, collaboration and ability to follow instructions while using good judgment and problem solving skills is expected. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential to daily job functions. The candidate must be capable of performing various tasks independently and under the direction of a supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of administrative duties including document preparation, scheduling, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, website updates, record keeping, supply inventory and data entry.
  • Prioritizes workload, meetings, and appointments to meet work unit operations. Assists in the coordination and implementation of multiple projects.
  • Creates and updates departmental files, databases and reports.
  • Provides guidance and assistance as needed to students, faculty, researchers and other staff on policies, practices and procedures.
  • Responsible for the key to the Mentice room in the Center for Simulation and Innovation, and for allowing student access, and securing the room when not in use.
  • Log students onto the equipment as needed.
  • Track student usage of equipment.
  • Main point of contact for PAL block and electives utilizing Mentice.
  • Assist in collecting data for research papers and articles.
  • Assist with miscellaneous radiology projects as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with prioritizing multiple projects and achieving desired results and deadlines.

* Possess intermediate, or higher, Microsoft Office skills.

* High degree of flexibility.

* High degree of attention to detail.

* Excellent data entry skills.

* Excellent organizational skills.
