Location
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Provide oversight and management of the campus visitation program which consists of daily campus tours, Open House events, Virtual Tour and other campus events, while creating exemplary experiences for prospective students and families. Represent the University at recruitment and enrollment events for students and parents. Manage data for return on investment of events, budgets and campus tours.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with faculty and staff to bring prospective students, parents, and other constituents to campus events
* Responsible for materials inventory, creating schedules, and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for prospective student programming
* Provide supervision and training for events/visitation staff and tour guides including student assistants, administrative assistants, federal work-study, staff and student volunteers
* Manage Enrollment Services Outbound Calling Service to update prospective students on next steps in admission and enrollment process as needed
* In conjunction with Director of Admissions and Recruitment, determine long term goals for visitation program and develop annual report including registration, attendance and yield information
* Advise prospective students and families on admission and academics
* Analyze transcripts and other documents to determine eligibility

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Required Experience
Four (4) years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education strongly preferred and four (4) years of admissions/enrollment, campus experience/welcome center, event management, or higher education experience

Outgoing personality with ability to ensure prospective students have the best possible experience when visiting campus
Able to manage logistics of multiple campus events over the admissions cycle
Able to analyze outcomes for yield and customer experience and make changes accordingly
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines

KNOWLEDGE
Familiar with technology and social media
Familiarity with document imaging, student SIS/CRM databases, and reporting software

SKILLS
Strong negotiation skills and professional writing, public speaking, and interpersonal relationship skills
Crisis management and supervisory skills
Excellent initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, KSU Marketplace, Events Management System (EMS), Owl Express, Banner, Nolij, Radius, Degree Works)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
