The Business School at Western has over 400 majors. Students can choose a standard business major or one of six emphasis areas along with programs in accounting and economics. For more information on the Business Administration Program, visit our website at

Teaching responsibilities include: legal environment of business, business law, water law, environmental law, and other law-related courses. Teaching courses in the business core, in the candidate's area of expertise, is possible. Responsibilities include teaching 24 semester credits per year, academic advising, program building/recruiting, service to the university, and continued professional development.

A J.D. or Ph.D. with an emphasis in law or a closely related field is required. ABD will be considered. Candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate education and excellence in teaching. Collegiality and professional flexibility are characteristic of the Business School and would be expected in the successful candidate.

SALARY/BENEFITS:    $75,000 - $80,000. Benefits include an employee/employer shared contribution retirement plan and life and health insurance.
