Seton Hill University seeks applications for a tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor to direct interdisciplinary curriculum development related to diversity, equity and inclusion beginning August 2022. An earned doctorate in a liberal arts discipline is preferred. A record of effective teaching, scholarship, and course/curriculum development that includes dynamic, relevant and culturally responsive pedagogy, and assessment is expected. Successful candidates will be teacher-scholars who integrate their research into their instruction and make positive contributions to their discipline. Part-time teaching in the candidate’s discipline is also required. The position reports to the respective School Dean and to the Provost.
