Franklin & Marshall College is recruiting for a full-time Assistant Director of Donor Relations.

F&M is in the public phase of Now to Next: the Campaign for Franklin & Marshall College. The most ambitious fundraising effort in the College's history, Now to Next seeks to raise $200 million by the end of 2021 to advance academic excellence, including expanding student aid and recruitment; strengthen the student experience; and support the unrestricted Franklin & Marshall Fund. As of the public launch of Now to Next in October 2018, more than 65 percent of the goal had been achieved.
The Assistant Director of Donor Relations plans, manages and executes high quality events (both in person and virtual) designed to engage donors and volunteers and celebrate philanthropy including on-campus and off-campus events and volunteer group meetings. Coordinate the tracking and recognition of the College's most generous donors through established giving societies.
- Plan, manage and execute annual donor recognition and donor cultivation events including the fall Tribute Dinner, the spring Tribute Reception and other donor gatherings and receptions.
- Support and coordinate meeting logistics of College Advancement's volunteer groups including Leadership Council, Parents Council, Board of Visitors and the Campaign Steering Committee.
- Manage the donor recognition societies, including tracking, welcome letters, honor rolls and special recognition.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Online meeting/webinar tools
- Event planning experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve departmental goals and to provide excellent service to internal and external constituents.
- Ability to be an ambassador of the College, its mission and College Advancement
The ability and willingness to provide excellent service and to work in a collegial manner with students, faculty and staff, and other constituencies is essential.
