Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Campus Reception Specialist with friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to work at our Anaheim Campus. In this position, you will greet guests entering the building, enforce COVID building protocols, and help direct them to resources as needed.

Position for now through May 1, 2022, with potential for extension. Full-time and part-time roles and multiple shifts are available.

Principal Duties:

  • Greet people entering the building.

  • Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.

  • Check-in visitors using our compliance / non-compliance lists and other tools (e.g., stickers on IDs).

  • Serve as the face of the institution, offering friendly service to those entering the building.

  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.

  • Stay familiar with all relevant resources available on the COVID and Return to Workplace websites.

  • Respond to student, employee, and authorized visitor questions regarding these requirements within their designated buildings and work areas on campus.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Computer proficiency

  • Ability to work independently

  • Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to always demonstrate the highest level of performance and behavior standards

Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least two years of experience in customer service and office work
