Location
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Assists the management with delegating day-to-day tasks, enforcing standards, and resolving conflicts within a retail dining unit.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures compliance with Cobb County Board of Health and Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations
  • Completes and files paperwork including waste reports, invoices, and financial forms
  • Handles cashier worksheets, daily safe counts, deposit transmittals, refunds, and makes change
  • Counts and receives inventory, tracks spoilage and waste, maintains par levels
  • Ensures the correct labeling, temperature, storage, and FIFO procedures are followed
  • Ensures building and/or location is clean and free from clutter
  • Trains and coaches staff in operations
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
Two (2) years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications
ServSafe Food Manager Certified within 90 days of hire

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in food service leadership
Prior supervisory experience

  • Able to meet with assigned staff to provide performance-based feedback
  • Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
KNOWLEDGE
Extensive knowledge of HACCP standards

SKILLS
  • Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
  • Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
