Job Summary
Maintains the cleanliness of dining room facility. Cleans countertops, floors and tables according to established processes. Assists with basic stocking and dishwashing needs. Responsible for ensuring the assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to set guidelines. Work is performed in accordance with health department, sanitation and university system guidelines.

1. Maintains a clean and well-organized sanitary work environment at all times
2. Responsible for supporting shift supervisor with ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
3. Sets up and breaks down of beverage equipment
4. Maintains clean tables, countertops and floors in the lobby utilizing proper guidelines
5. Provides assistance to guests of the location as requested

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
On-the-job training provided

Previous customer service related experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, organization, communication (verbal and written), and time management skills Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite) Strong attention to detail and follow up skills Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
