Position HighlightsThe Biorepository Center is hiring a Research Technician in Dr. Harris' Lab to assist with Quality Control oversight and regulatory compliance for COVD19 vaccine storage and distribution, COVID-19 Kit manufacturing, and COVD19 testing. Data base and records work will also be required.
The facility is a large laboratory environment that encompasses 5000+ square feet and several laboratories employing 20+ individuals including students. As a biobank and due to the nature of the work performed during the pandemic workers are potentially exposed to infectious agents including COVD19, even those not directly involved with wet lab work. Appropriate precautions are taken, and all efforts are made to facilitate vaccination. All employees are tested weekly and must be vaccinated.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with COVID-19 Testing and Vaccine Rollout Study in Pima County under the direction and supervision of Dr. David Harris.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience may be required.
- Prior work experience not required.
