Job Description

Temporary Office Pool 

20-25hrs/week, flexible

Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Responsible for receiving people in the Dean's Office and directing them, both in person and on the phone.  In addition, to supporting the Dean, this position will assist in planning and organizing all events and conferences for the Carroll School.  Will also be responsible for creating and managing a calendar of events; keeping track of office inventory and assisting with everyday requests from both faculty and staff.  Additional administrative tasks as needed. 

Requirements

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; The ability to independently prioritize in order to meet competing deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment
Ability to work effectively and provide superior customer service to diverse groups with numerous personalities
Ability to communicate and a positive attitude a must
Bachelor's degree preferred and 3-5 years office/administrative experience.
