Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative Support
* Complete day-to-day administrative support functions of the unit
* Coordinate and participate in planning and logistics for department events
* Receive and manage incoming departmental communication, including WiseHub, Student Hub, and other incoming requests
* Manage the main office and coordinate student worker workload and training
* Assist with calendaring rooms and scheduling events
* Maintain listservs, directories, shared drives, mailboxes, office equipment, etc.
* Support department committees
* Assist with travel paperwork and logistics for faculty and graduate students
* Support development initiatives (thank you notes, newsletters, etc.)

Marketing Support
* Update unit website, digital signage, etc.
* Assist with promotional materials and other flyers or newsletters
* Assist with social media

Space/Building Management
* Keys and/or Cat Card Access (authorization, management, lost key forms)
* Support the assignment of workspaces

Other Duties as Assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in similar position
