Augustana University invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in the School of Business Administration to begin Fall 2022. 

Ideal candidates will hold a terminal degree in business administration or related field. Candidates who have distinguished professional business experience and hold an MBA or equivalent degree will also be considered.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching in a liberal arts environment. Interacting with students, faculty and leadership with different backgrounds and points of view and a deep appreciation of and respect for academic values and culture must be a top value of the candidate. The candidate will have a strong business background in ethical and strategic leadership, servant leadership, coaching (business or executive), global talent management, or entrepreneurship expertise.
