Location
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Performs administrative and clerical support for the Athletics Department. Assists in program planning & development. Interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding operating policies & procedures. Assists with the administration of the departments budgets. Assists with the coordination of academic and staff personnel matters.

Responsibilities

1. -
Assists coaching staff in the preparation of practice times and schedules for the sport and season; distributes as neede

2. -
Oversees student assistants for practice and miscellaneous tasks
3. -
Organizes and records practice statistics
4. -
Responsible for all aspects of video processes, including but not limited to; game/practice videos, game preparation, game edits, post-game edits, recruiting edits, website videos and any other video needs of the coaches

Creates alumni and donor monthly newsletter
6. -
Organizes events for alumni development
7. -
Assists with activities associated with assigned sport
8. -
Responsible for all logistics pertaining to team travel to include hotels, meals, flights, buses and escorts
9. -
Compiles hotel rooming rosters, travel rosters for compliance and all other travel related requirements
10 -
Completes expense reports for assigned team and coaches

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's from an accredited institution of higher education or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Required Experience
One (1) year of relevant administrative, office or clerical experience

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Previous collegiate athletics administrative support preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
ABILITIES
Able to deal with multiple projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines

SKILLS
Must be proficient in Synergy and XOS video equipment Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, technology, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills Proficient with computer applications and programs (i.e. Microsoft Office suite) Strong Attention to detail and strong organizational and follow up skills Strong customer service and phone etiquette
