Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform in vivo and in vitro electrophysiology techniques and procedures related to preclinical pain and addiction projects in mice and rats, including behavior evaluation, animal models of headache and tissue processes.
  • Will be responsible for organize, execute, analyze, and interpret pain & addiction behavioral pharmacology data.
  • Collaborate with senior members on development of experiment design and techniques.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
  • Coordinates the purchasing of lab supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree - biological science or related major.
*Lab experience with rat and mouse models.
