The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions has general responsibility for assisting in the coordination, development and implementation of an overall recruitment plan for full-time, undergraduate students as well as the oversight of the Student Ambassador program. Beyond the supervision of the Student Ambassadors, this person will also supervise one staff member. The Associate Director will also work directly with the Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions and the Director of University Events to execute a number of integral Admissions events such as Open House and Accepted Students Day.

WNE is seeking a person who will be open-minded, compassionate and honest in all matters of the position. The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions will have a commitment to supporting the fair and equitable treatment of all students and employees and will assist in the development of strategies that promote the University as an equitable and inclusive environment for all prospective students, families, current students and other faculty and staff.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education. A Master's degree is preferred.
