Position Highlights

The Athletic Department is seeking an Athletic Equipment Attendant within our Football Strength and Conditioning department. This is a part time on-call position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist staff with the development
    of the strength and conditioning program that emphasizes the creation of
    certain characteristics among student-athletes
  • Assist with COVID-19 protocols
    and procedures
  • Learn Testing and evaluation of
    athletic performance on strength, power, flexibility, body fat percentage
    and specific conditioning
  • Assist with the development and
    maintenance of a database for assigned student-athletes
  • Enforce the rules and regulations
    governing the activity in the weight room
  • Other duties as assigned (prior
    approval needed for activities that involve student-athletes)

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a related field
  • 1 year of experience
    in strength and conditioning at the collegiate level
  • CSCS or SCCC
    Certification
  • CPR & AED
    Certification
  • USAW Certification
  • Background/Experience
    in athletics and training
